Differences between a man and a woman

I. Women are built to talk more than the men, men more often than not, wish to keep their problems to themselves and think about them for a while. They love to process the situation before saying anything, while woman think aloud.  Genesis 2:23, Genesis 3:1-3

II. A woman freely expresses her emotional feelings easy once she settles into the relationship, unlike the man who from the early age has been taught to be disconnected from his internal feelings.

III. A man is more analytical than emotional, while the woman is more emotional than analytical. Genesis 2:23

IV. A woman is more of a now person, while a man is much of a later person

V. A man just wants something to wear, but a woman wants something very nice and not so cheap to wear if    she has the opportunity to…… Genesis 2:21-22

VI.A woman can have divided attention in dealing with multiple issues at a time, using multiple approaches but a man is more of a one-at-a-time person

RELATIONSHIPS THAT WORK

Text: psalm 133: 1-3

Relationship can be defined as an association between two or more people. This could be any form of alliance, bond, friendship or love affair Matthew 18: 19-20

Relationship that works must be God-reverenced or God-centered. That means God must be acknowledged and His principles highly esteemed, or else, the relationship is just another disaster waiting to happen psalm 127:1, john 15:5, john 1:4  and 1john 4:8

FOR YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO WORK

1.     Where are the moms and dads? : The word ‘new’ makes a meaning without the consideration of the ‘old’. It’s like wanting to build a skyscraper without a solid foundation. Failure abounds in many relationships because they are void of elderly wisdom or counsel from the more experienced as to how to have and maintain a working relationship. Proverbs 22:28  Jeremiah 6:16  Esther 2:10, Esther 2:15 Proverbs 31:1-10

Duo with differences: Duo means two people or a couple, while difference means not being the same or dissimilarity. This is a truth about the man and the woman that many people have not come with terms with. Just as a man defers from a woman in the physical outlook, so do they differ in reasoning and attitude. Genesis 1:27, Matthew 19:4
